Jake had heard about the Elephant Deli through MLSsoccer.com. It is a favorite of some of the Portland Timber players.
Walking in the place we bumped into and started talking to these guys, Greg and Fernando. We learn they were Aunt Elaine and Aunt Michelle's pilots for their 11:30pm flight to Boston! (It was also confirmed at the airport)
It was an awesome cafeteria style eatery with many fresh, organic, and delicious options as well as beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We would love to go back.
